A two night stay is requested May through October, if your stay includes a Friday or Saturday night.
We require a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover) deposit of half the total room charge. Deposits are required within ten days of making the reservation.
Cancellations with more than 14 days notice will be refunded in full. Cancellations of less than 14 days notice will be refunded in the form of a gift certificate.
Children are welcome, but only in the Parlor, Wicker and Solarium rooms.
The rate for additional persons over the age of 12 is $15/night per person.
Sorry, no pets allowed. We have two very friendly Siberian Huskies who would love to share the porch and great room with you. They are not allowed in guest rooms.
Lucy's Place is non-smoking; guests are welcome to smoke on our porch or grounds, as long as the flowers do not object.
Gift certificates are available.
